Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint-Raymond, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; military facility; and military facility.
Construction of eight new identical buildings at Camp Vimy, Valcartier Garrison, Quebec, designed to house dormitories, classrooms and washroom facilities. The similar buildings CM015, CM026, CM035 and CM045 will be refurbished into command posts, in order to better meet new operational needs and permanent occupancy of the premises. The tents will be replaced with permanent buildings suitable for year-round use. Project # VR000561. TIMELINE: The owner has issued an advanced procurement notice for contractors who want to participate in the tendering process. Contractors must hold or obtain the required security clearance (Designated Organization Screening) prior to the award date, and may begin the security clearance process early through Defence Construction Canada’s Industrial Security Program. The services will cover both pre-construction and construction phases.
