Renovation of a recreation facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The roof replacement project is intended to replace, with standing seam metal panels, the range training center and firing line asphalt shingle roof, and to provide new gutters, downspouts, metal fascia, metal soffit, repair and paint the porch soffit and interior ceilings where skylights are to be replaced or removed, add fall protection to both structures. Contractors must be a plan holder of record to submit a bid for this project. Electronic downloads are available for a non-refundable fee of $42.00 each. Range: $800,000 - $900,000 Question Deadline 07/28/2026 Every request for interpretation shall be made in writing and submitted with all supporting documents not less than seven (7) calendar days before opening of bids. The request shall be sent directly to the Infrastructure Management Branch, Missouri Department of Conservation, 2901 West Truman Blvd. , P.O. Box 180, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
