Gurnee Park District - Hunt Club Park Paving - Phase II Work to include but not be limited to access road HMA reconstruction, installation of new HMA pathway, curb and gutter removal and replacement, PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, pavement striping, SESC measures, restoration measures, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Anticipated work to be completed by October 30, 2026 SITE DEMOLITION - Work to include but not limited to all demolition items including removal of existing asphalt parking lot pavement, additional excavation as needed for proposed improvements (i.e. asphalt parking lot/pathway grading, asphalt pathway installation, curb installation, and concrete sidewalk installation), all site grading work, site transition grading, sidewalk panel removal, curb removal, saw cutting, and all other associated improvements. ASPHALT AND CONCRETE - INSTALLATION - Work to include but not limited to all installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, HMA pathway, and HMA parking lot. Work includes furnishing of additional stone as needed for make-up grade, preparation, and grading of stone base for new pavement, and all stone for subbase of proposed curb and concrete sidewalk work, striping, along with all other associated improvements. RESTORATION - - Work to include all mobilization and demobilization, traffic control and protection as needed, concrete washout and construction entrances, all topsoil furnish and place to meet finished grades, transition grades , and restore all natural drainage patterns, seeding and erosion control blanket, inlet filters, tree protection fencing, silt fencing, and other associated improvements.
