Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Midland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Placement of 5' wide concrete sidewalks and sidewalk ramps along Dublin Ave. and Bay City Rd. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond. Inquiries related to this project should be directed to the City of Midland Engineering Department Dublin Ave. and Bay City Rd . Some of the pay items on the Itemized Bid are as follows: 5,170 Sft. 210 Sft. 4" Conc. Sidewalk 6" Conc. Sidewalk Ramp This project is for placement of 5' wide sidewalk and sidewalk ramps at locations shown on the maps attached herein. In general, the order of construction activities shall be as follows: 1. Remove trees, brush, curb, gutter and pavement as necessary to facilitate new sidewalks. Excavate and place 4" sand base. Staking to be performed by City. Place curb & gutter, sidewalk ramps and sidewalk as per the details included herein. Place bituminous hand patch along curb & gutter, where necessary. 5. Complete restoration and turf establishment.
