Reference Number 0000429238 The City of Grosse Pointe is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the 2026 inspection, evaluation, and condition assessment of the Municipal Parking Structure . The project includes review of available background documents, field inspection and condition survey, evaluation of structural and durability conditions, review of waterproofing, joints, drainage, lighting, and parking equipment, development of prioritized repair and maintenance recommendations, opinion-of-probable-cost information, and preparation of draft and final reports, including presentation of findings to City representatives.
