Construction of a new day-slip marina facility including the installation of new permanent concrete docks, finger piers, marine piles, and all associated components. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the successful completion of the Cocoa Waterfront Dock Replacement and Shoreline Protection Improvements Project located at Lee Wenner Park, 300 Riveredge Blvd., Cocoa, FL 32922 Primary Work Components: Dock Facility: Removal and disposal of existing damaged dock structures and the installation of a new permanent fixed dock system , inclusive of approximately seventy-six (76) marine piles and related marine construction. Shoreline Stabilization: Construction of a riprap revetment along designated shoreline and seawall areas, including the installation of geotextile fabric, filter layers, and graded stone for wave energy dissipation and stabilization. Regulatory and Environmental Compliance: All marine construction must comply with permits issued by applicable regulatory agencies . The Contractor is responsible for executing all environmental safeguards, including turbidity control and strict adherence to permit conditions . Site Execution and Closeout: The Contractor shall manage site preparation, project mobilization, construction sequencing, and inspections. The Contractor must maintain safe public access and navigation during construction, perform final cleanup, restore all disturbed areas. All deliverables must conform to the Contract Documents , approved plans, technical specifications, and applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
