The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the following work, including but not limited to Removal Remove and properly dispose of or recycle the existing hydraulic jack and piston assembly Drain and dispose of hydraulic fluid in accordance with all applicable environmental regulations. Remove any associated components necessary for installation of the new equipment. Installation Furnish and install a new hydraulic jack and piston assembly compatible with the existing elevator system. Install all required seals, fittings, connections, hardware, and related components. Make all necessary hydraulic and mechanical connections. Restore disturbed finishes or surrounding construction as necessary. Elbert County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed elevator contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to replace the hydraulic jack and piston assembly for the hydraulic elevator located in the Historic Courthouse.
