Site work and new construction of a civil project in Pantego, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Work is to include furnishing all labor, materials , and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of a proposed 0.3 million gallon multi-legged elevated storage tank, and reverse osmosis systems at the Town of Pantego's Miller Lane Well Site. The project includes yard piping, structural concrete slabs , chemical and potable water holding tanks, a booster-pump skid package, instrumentation and controls, and electrical work to deliver a fully functional reverse osmosis system and elevated storage tank to the Town that is fully integrated with the existing on-site groundwater well. The last day for bidder questions will be July 28th, 2025 at 5 pm. After that day and time, no questions will be answered by the Engineer or Owner. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer via the online website. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Owner upon the blank form of the bid form furnished and shall be marked on the outside of the envelope with the following information: (a) the submitting firm's name and (b) "BID ENCLOSED - Miller Lane Elevated Storage Tank and Reverse Osmosis System - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL AUGUST 4TH, 2026, 2 PM."
