Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will include full-depth reconstruction with new base andconcrete pavement, spot repair to curb and gutter, sidewalk and ADAupgrades as deemed necessary. This section is a collector and criticaltransportation node that directly abuts Fire Station 1, City Hall, andGrand Avenue. This roadway section has completely failed and is beingheld together by patching, thus requiring full reconstruction. Due to thesustained heavy loading of fire department equipment, reconstructingthis section with concrete will significantly increase the longevity ofthe road and be a more long-term cost-effective solution than usingasphalt. The project is included in the City's 2027-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
