Site work and paving for a civil project in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of adjusting thirty-two (32) existing sanitary and storm sewer manholes to finished grade across Findlay. Work includes but not limited removing existing frames and covers as necessary, adjusting the manhole chimney sections to match proposed pavement elevations, furnishing and installing adjustment rings, mortar, grout, and other required materials, and resetting or replacing castings as specified. The work also includes all labor, equipment, traffic control, pavement saw cutting, incidental excavation, disposal of removed materials, pavement restoration immediately surrounding the structures, and all other work necessary to complete the adjustments. Upon completion, all manholes shall provide a smooth riding surface, be free from movement or rocking, and meet the required line and grade tolerances established by the Engineer.
