Fire suppression system Upgrade Attic Sprinkler, Raymond, Alberta. Bid Contract Package for the upgrade of the attic sprinkler system. This project is being undertaken to upgrade the dry attic sprinkler system of Ridgeview Lodge located in Raymond, Alberta. The dry attic sprinkler system covers approximately 23,000 ft2 above the second level of the building and also serves the soffits and outdoor entrance canopy area on the first level. Attic sprinklers have been designed with TYCO specific application attic sprinklers and dry sprinklers in the overhang and entrance canopy area. The contractor shall provide either of the following two options, 1 ) modify the existing system as required by the proposed new design 2) or replace the entire dry system pipes to meet the design intent and system performance requirements as required by the drawings and specifications.
