Reference number: 20149192 Description The Levis Municipal Housing Authority, also known as the 'project owner', is inviting tenders for major works to be carried out on the building situated at 12-14 Rue Pie X, Levis, G6V 4W4 Major renovation of a 12-unit residential building including complete demolition and replacement of masonry and metal cladding, new foundation waterproofing membrane, replacement of foundation drainage, replacement of mechanical distribution and drainage systems, installation of heat pumps, and modernization of all 12 dwelling units. Delivery schedule Work will commence as soon as the contract is awarded. The work must be completed by the end of 2027.
