The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, has a requirement for Asbestos and Lead Testing with abatement on Roofs , Removal and Replacement of Tar and Gravel Roofing System with Polyurethane Silicone , Roofing System , Removal and Replacement of Pipe Collars/Vents and Metal Drip Edge , Painting of Roof Fascia and Drip Edge, and Replacement of Downspouts . The base work will be conducted in Capehart Housing Units 846 , 850 , 854 , 858 , 862 , 866 with an Option Item for unit 870 . The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. All work shall be performed in accordance with local , state, and federal laws . Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the replacement of Capehart roofing under Phase IV at Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Work includes removal of existing roofing systems and installation of new roofing components in accordance with the project specifications and contract requirements. The contractor shall comply with all provisions, clauses, and attachments included in the solicitation package and perform all related construction activities necessary to complete the roofing replacement.
