Site work for a water / sewer project in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope William Trails Park Facilities: Install and adjust waterlines, valves, valve boxes, fittings, and appurtenances for site irrigation; Construct and adjust storm sewer piping, manholes, inlets and appurtenances; Provide engineered design of retaining wall and construct per engineered plans and specifications; Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project to include playground equipment and sports court; Install landscaping as per architect plans. Install signage as per plans and details Clean-up project area upon completion. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The deadline to ask questions is 7/12/2026 12:00 PM CST Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online system for such information to Engineer The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid
