Site work and paving for a civil project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Work includes converting Lift Station 6 to a submersible station with new above-ground piping and valves, new pumps, electrical equipment, basin rehabilitation, conversion of dry pit to wet basin, site work, replacement of the chain link fence with an 8-foot wooden fence, paving the existing gravel driveway, installing new electrical and SCADA equipment. For Lift Station 33, work includes replacing all station piping and valves, installing a wet well wall liner, relocating discharge piping and valves above grade, replacing existing fencing with new 8-foot wood fencing and new chain link gates, paving the existing gravel driveway, replacing the driveway culvert, installing new electrical and SCADA equipment, retaining the existing pumps and base elbows, and purchasing and delivering two spare pumps. The base bid for fence replacement includes replacing existing chain link fence and gates with new 8-foot total height single wythe brick fencing at the FM 2004 Pressure Reducing Station and Rainsong Lift Station, including demolition of existing fencing and gates and concrete repairs after new fencing and gates installation. Brick colors will be selected by the City. Project construction may include but is not limited to: removal and replacement or installation of concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining wallscombination type, and curb ramps, concrete pavement for minor street reconstruction, minor asphalt replacement, removing and relocating mail boxes, topsoil , sodding, tree pruning, removal and/or replacement, sign relocation, door hangers, adjusting meter boxes, valve boxes and manholes, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope.
