Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-103-301, the State of Colorado reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received in response to this DQ, or to cancel this DQ if it is in the best interest of the State to do so. Failure to furnish all information, or to follow the Bid format set forth in this DQ, may act to disqualify the bid.
