Request for Proposal for Construction Management Services for a Program involving multiple Projects including the renovation of existing infrastructures, demolition of certain facilities, and construction of new facilities, specifically the renovation of Connaught Barracks 1, 2, and 3 located at Citadelle of Quebec, Quebec. The Program will be governed by a single CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract covering the full duration. The Construction Manager is required to deliver all necessary Construction Management services for the successful completion of all Projects under the Program, including Pre-construction Services (General Services, Pre-design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document, and Construction Procurement) and Construction Services (General Services, Cost Control and Accounting, and Post-Construction Services). The resulting Contract will include an Indigenous Benefits Plan providing opportunities for businesses owned and led by Indigenous People. Firms with demonstrated experience in the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) delivery method are invited to submit proposals electronically through the MERX Electronic Bidding System.
