The work consists of stripping of topsoil, installation of new 18-inch diameter galvanized pipe with pipe bedding and select fill, removal and relocation of FETS with trash racks on the end of the new pipe section, installation of a field turnout on the new pipe section, pipe appurtenances, seeding, and all other work as described and shown on the Drawings. Bidders are required to submit a sealed bid with a bid bond equal to ten percent of the bid, a copy of current Montana Contractor Registration, Debarment Certification Form, acknowledgment of receipt of addenda, and Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided, including the proper labeling of the sealed envelope. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive alternative bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
