General Information: In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston ("Owner") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for Hilton Hotel Underground Garage Structural Repairs, located at 4450 University Dr., Houston, Texas 77204. Project Description: All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to Hilton Hotel Underground Garage Structural Repairs in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Kirksey Architects, a copy of which is attached as EXHIBIT A. A mandatory pre-conference meeting and site visit will take place at Hilton Hotel, 4450 University Drive, Suite S104 (Conference Room). Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification. University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal. To respond, an online account must be created and all up to date information and documents related to this solicitation will be found in the event portal.
