The City of Orlando is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a turn-key Bowl Audio System Upgrade for Camping World Stadium. The scope of work includes providing a complete, workable, and operational sound reinforcement system for the main seating bowl, which covers the manufacturing, supply, delivery, installation, labor, related services (including design), and testing of all equipment and materials necessary for the installation and operation of the upgraded sound systems. This encompasses Main Bowl Loudspeaker Systems, Main Bowl Delay Ring/Fill Loudspeaker Systems, Event Floor or Field Fill Loudspeaker System, Portable Event Floor or Field Sound System, Front of House (FOH) Console, Wireless Microphone System Upgrades, Digital Signal Processing (DSP) System, Dedicated Audio Network Upgrades, System Power Amplifiers, System Equipment Racks, System Cabling, and System Related Electrical Power Upgrades. All labor, equipment, tools, material, engineering, supervision, licenses, insurance, and permits needed to engineer, manufacture, and install the system are to be included. Proposers must provide pricing for a complete turn-key installation, including items not expressly addressed in the RFP but necessary for a fully operational system. The project requires substantial completion with all systems fully operational, commissioned, and tested, and all punch list items completed for final acceptance by the City after three consecutive problem-free events.
