Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ashburn, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The intent is to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Brambleton West Park Improvements. The project consists of constructing a 1,000-seat grandstand around an existing field, demolishing the existing restroom facility, building a new approximately 1,000-square-foot restroom/concession facility, and completing associated site and utility improvements. Online responses in EVA will not be accepted or considered. An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on July 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM to address questions regarding the drawings, specifications, site conditions, and to provide a high-level overview of the supplier registration process.
