PART A - Construction services for a 30,000 SF addition and a Level 2 Alteration of 14,500 SF to an existing gymnasium and other services as indicated within the Contract Documents / Solicitation. PART B - Lump sum price for all exterior hardscape including plaza, pedestrian paths, stairs and associated handrails, lighting embedded in hardscape, new parking, and paving from the east curb-cut at Bannister Creek Court in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Pricing does not include Part A. PART C - Lump sum price for reroofing of existing Cage Gym (excluding gym expansion area). in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
