Renovation of the building located at 0 Route 48, Maineville, Ohio 45039, to be completed in accordance with the approved construction documents. Work to be performed includes all labor, materials, and services necessary for the renovation, with the following requirements: obtaining and coordinating required state and local permits, inspections, and approvals; complying with all applicable building codes, accessibility (ADA) requirements, fire and life safety codes, and all other relevant laws and regulations; coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and construction activities; maintaining site safety, protecting existing facilities, and complying with OSHA requirements; providing project scheduling, construction coordination, quality control, cleanup, and completion of the final punch list; delivering warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, and closeout documentation upon project completion. Instructions to bidders: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or money order on a solvent bank or savings and loan in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates). If the bid includes both labor and materials, they must be separately stated with their respective prices.
