The purpose is to obtain services for the demolition of structures located throughout the City of Savannah. The contractor must furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, utility and transportation services to perform and complete all work required for demolition and removal of all structures as required. This includes the clearance of all objects above ground and removal of overgrown shrubbery, vegetation, or debris causing an unsightly appearance (excluding trees, shrubs, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters) within the parcels of assigned project areas, unless only specific improvements are to be demolished. Grounds must be cleaned to property lines and/or mid street/lane as applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier portal, including all costs such as demolition, permit fees, dumping fees, and insurance. Vendors must read all requirements thoroughly.
