The project is for roof replacements at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga (Subproject 4, SBC Number 540/005-10-2016). Replacement of the roof on the Lupton Building. No new floor area. No change of use, occupancy, or egress. alternate 01 roof replacement at elevator lobby alternate 02 miscellaneous interior repair repair damaged gwb window head in 3rd floor. repaint walls repaint stained roof deck where exposed at 3rd floor. insulate exposed storm pipes and paint replace acoustic ceiling tiles and ceiling grid in 3rd floor locations indicated. tiles to match existing. repaint metal door frame replace lvp flooring in the 3rd floor break room The State of Tennessee is inviting bids from licensed and qualified General Contractors. Bidding documents can be examined at the Designer's office or various plan rooms and may be obtained from specified sources. Those who obtain the documents become Bidders of Record and may purchase hard copies if desired. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required, either as a Bid Bond or a certified/cashier's check, made payable to the State of Tennessee.
