The project involves designing a bathroom at the Cobblestone 104 IRA located at 104 Cobblestone Ter, Newark, NY 14513. The Architect/Engineer is required to attend a mandatory site visit prior to bid submission, to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested. Bids will not be accepted before the site visit or from vendors that do not attend or remain in attendance for the entirety of the site visit. Vendors may be disqualified if they arrive late to the site visit. Prevailing wage is not a requirement.
