Site work and new construction of an office development in Cody, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 900-square-foot office development.
The City of Cody is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced commercially licensed contractors to construct a break room and office building for the City's Solid Waste Department. The building will be a minimum of 900 square feet and include one supervisor office, two ADA compliant bathrooms, one shower room, one utility closet, one basic kitchen, and one large break room. The building associated with this RFP shall include: o Building Minimum size of 1,000 SF Meets 2024 International Building Code, 2027 National Electric Code, and all ADA requirements for commercial construction Minimum R19 wall and R38 ceiling insulation Engineered frost protected mono-slab floor (or other as outlined in proposal) O Minimum 4 operable, double pane windows Question Deadline 07/23/2026 Questions Due from Vendors
