Site work for a parking garage in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
This contract provides for the improvement of approximately 2.2 acres of new pervious asphalt to support additional vehicle storage area for Subaru of America. Site work will include subgrade preparation, placement of the pavement section, fire hydrant, lighting, landscaping, and other work in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. Bidders are required to register with the ProcureWare System to obtain solicitation documents. All bids must be sealed and delivered to the specified address. Bids submitted by fax or email will not be accepted. Bidders must check for addenda and provide a bid proposal deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the bid proposal. The successful bidder must enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the specified time or the bid proposal deposit will be forfeited. The Port reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids or waive minor formalities as needed. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening unless the award is delayed beyond sixty (60) days.
