The City of Gresham is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide special waste debris disposal services as specified in ITB 26-31. The intent is to select multiple vendors to provide these services. Bidders must submit proof of being an approved DEQ facility for accepting special waste debris with their bid. Bids must be submitted via email to Purchasing@GreshamOregon.gov with the subject line, "Special Waste Debris Disposal Services," by 2:00 pm, July 14, 2026. Only electronic bids will be accepted; facsimile, mailed, and hand delivered bids will not be accepted. Late bids will be retained but not considered for award.
