Site work for a water / sewer project in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the installation of several upgrades at the Powers Creek Water Treatment Plant (PCWTP). One portion of these upgrades is related to a bypassing system to allow for effective diversion of water for draining and cleaning of a forebay located upstream of a dam. A second portion of this project includes upgrades to the plant intake through the installation of a new passive intake screen and air burst system. as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
