The Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Northern Regional Land Office (NRO) has received an application from Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) for a public utility easement (PUE) to construct, operate, and maintain a distribution power line in the Big Delta State Historical Park (near Rikas Landing building). The easement would measure approximately 240 feet in length and 30 feet in width, more or less, and cross state land, to the adjacent Whitestone boat launch property.
