Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project involves repairs at the A.C. Ward Facility, including repainting of masonry, repair of masonry joints, replacement of doors, and repainting in various structures. It also includes replacement of motor-operated valves, an aeration blower, and aeration piping. Bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the specified sources and be a Plan Holder of record. Bid security of 10% of the bidder's maximum bid price is required. Only bids from those on the Plan Holders List will be considered responsive. Preference may be given to Iowa products and resident bidders as required by state law. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and accept any bid deemed advantageous. Bids must remain valid for 60 days after the due date.
