Contract 23-01A consists of the installation of approximately 806 linear feet of 18" diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances, of which approximately 353 feet is to be installed via jack and bore method under railroad right-of-way. Contract 23-01B consists of the installation of approximately 806 linear feet of 18" diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances, of which approximately 220 feet is to be installed via jack and bore method under railroad right-of-way. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Plymouth Township or a Bid Bond in favor of Plymouth Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. The work is classified as Public Works and is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Prevailing minimum wage rates, as promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to all workmen employed on the project. No bid may be withdrawn except as permitted by the Pennsylvania Bid Withdrawal Act unless otherwise specified. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders are required to submit their Contractor Responsibility Certification Form by the specified deadline. Only pre-qualified bidders will be able to submit a bid. The submission must include all necessary background information as proof of meeting these requirements.
