Contract 23-01A consists of the installation of approximately 806 linear feet of 18" diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances, of which approximately 353 feet is to be installed via jack and bore method under railroad right-of-way OR Contract 23-01B consists of the installation of approximately 806 linear feet of 18" diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances, of which approximately 220 feet is to be installed via jack and bore method under railroad right-of-way Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Plymouth Township or a Bid Bond in favor of Plymouth Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. Only pre-qualified Bidders will be able to bid on the project. Bidders should review the content of the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form (Document 00 4515) as well as the provisions of the Responsible Contractor Resolution also found in Document 00 4515. Bidders are required to pre-qualify prior to submitting a bid. Include with the submission of the Certification Form, all necessary background information as proof of meeting these requirements.
