Site work for a power facility in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
REP-PCW 161 kV EPC (Step 1 of 2) This project will also create a 161 kV loop feed. Currently the Republic Substation is a radial feed and we do not have the ability to back-feed the substation in the event of a catastrophic failure on the line running from JTEC to the Republic Substation. There will be distribution under-build associated with this project, some being new construction and some transferring from existing poles as the new poles are constructed. This work will cover roughly 9.5 miles of new line with 163 new structures, 27 of which are self-supporting. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and services necessary to procure, deliver, and construct the 161 kV transmission line with 13.2 kV distribution under-build in accordance with the City Utilities furnished Issued-for-Construction (IFC) drawings, structure data, and technical requirements.
