Site work and new construction of a military facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the FORT WAYNE AIR WING LGRDX SECURE ROOM project at 3005 West Ferguson Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 for the Indiana Air National Guard. Proposals must be submitted on the proper bid form via email, including the bidder's name and address as described in the instructions. Each bid must enclose a Bid Bond payable to the Adjutant General's Office, State of Indiana, in a minimum amount of five percent of the maximum bid, including all additive alternates. The contract will be awarded or rejected within ninety calendar days from the bid opening. The State Armory Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All contracts must conform to I.C. 4-13-18 regarding contractor's employee drug testing. Construction goals are set at 7% MBE, 5% WBE, and 3% IVBE. Complete contract documents are available electronically by contacting the project representatives. Requests for Information or product substitutions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline.
