Perform additional concrete repairs at the Pyramid Dam Spillway. Bids will be considered only if submitted for all the work required for the above project. The work is defined in Section 01 11 00 - Summary of Work, and includes but is not limited to the following principal features: 1. Repairs at the Pyramid Dam Spillway: a. Water Management: 1 ) Temporary control and water management of leakage through the headwork structure radial gate. b. Swing Stage Scaffolding: C. 1 ) Install swing stage scaffolding for the engineer to access the spillway for inspection. Concrete Repairs: 1 ) Locating existing steel reinforcement as specified herein. 2) Saw cutting concrete as shown on the drawings. 3) Concrete core drilling as shown on the drawings. 4) Hydrodemolition concrete removal for concrete partial depth repairs. 5) Concrete and sealant bonding surface preparation as specified. 6) Repair material(s) application, surface repairs, curing and protection. 7) Incidental reinforcement repairs. d. Replace Joint Sealant: 1 ) Removal of existing joint sealant, backer rod and/or portion of joint filler as required. 2) Cleaning joint bonding surface. 3) Installation of backer rod and joint sealant. Quantities of work, materials, and equipment required for completion of the work are specified in Document 00 41 01 - Bid Schedule.
