Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cookeville, Tennessee. Design plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Construct a Student Event Center that will house the university bookstore, a satellite food court, banquet hall, conference rooms, student government space, large gathering spaces to support the meeting spaces, outdoor terraced seating, and all related work. As of July 7, 2026, an architect has been selected, but design has not yet kicked off. This project will utilize a construction manager/general contractor alternative delivery method. Due to the preliminary nature of this project, a timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced.
