The scope includes working on LPAP #8, which has experienced an injection water pressure failure. Shipboard inspections and troubleshooting efforts have not resolved the issue. OEM support is requested for the troubleshooting, repair, and testing of #8 LPAP. Technical findings from Norfolk Naval Shipyard Engineering Code have been used to develop the technical work requirements.
