Installation of a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB). The bids will be for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, etc. necessary for the construction of the IFB 26-20 Low Street Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) project. The proposed improvement project includes the installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon (PHB) traffic signal along Low Street adjacent to Molin Upper Elementary School. Improvements also include, but are not limited to, cement concrete sidewalks, ADA/AAB/PROWAG compliant pedestrian curb ramps, pavement markings and traffic signage, granite curbing, guardrail and associated anchorage/end treatments, pavement patching, and other incidental work included in the Contract Documents.
