Site work and renovation of an office development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and for site work for a office development.
The project scope is to furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment to remove a generator and replace with two (2) new generators and foundations, replace three (3) existing transfer switches with new switches, and replace two (2) Power Distribution Units (PDU's) and install Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) at MLGW's Netters Business Center Building located at 1665 Whitten Road, Memphis , TN 38134, as depicted in strict accordance as outlined in the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications. All of the generators shall be completely filled with diesel by the Selected Contractor after all testing is complete. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), 100% Performance Bond, 25% Payment Bond.
