The University of New Mexico (UNM) is soliciting offers from architecture and planning firms to furnish, provide, and perform professional design services for the Johnson Center Facility Plan. The project includes expanding upon the findings of the UNM Seidler Natatorium Planning Study, identifying programming insufficiencies, examining the current condition of Johnson Center as a whole, and providing multiple planning scenarios, recommendations for improvements, and cost estimation for improvements or expansions following UNM guidelines. Respondents must provide a detailed scope of work, schedule, and cost in their proposals. The Johnson Center is a 297,000-gsf, three-story building with 526 rooms, including a basement and sub-basement, located on UNM’s Central Campus.
