**As of July 29, 2026, the project was awarded to Chicagoland Paving Contractors, Inc, with an awarded amount of $56,999.50** Full depth removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement (3" typical depth and varies) approximately 952 sq yd, base repair (as-needed basis only - includes removal/disposal of existing unsuitable aggregate base or subbase material), repaving with HMA N50 to generally match existing (3" typical), landscape restoration along pavement replacement limit and landscape restoration as needed at construction access location. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond. This portion of existing asphalt path is located within Riverside Park, and connects the E Glendale Rd parking lot to the Valley Park Dr parking lot. Any questions relating to the bid specifications and this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing to Matt Rasmussen via email at mrasmussen@libertyville.com by no later than 12:00pm on Monday July 13th. Any questions received after that time will not be responded to.
