Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Dayton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,618-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Renovation of stadium restrooms and installation of vinyl siding at the Rhea County High School stadium. Building No. 1 : Approximately 1,620 square feet of exterior wall surface. Building No. 2: Approximately 936 square feet of exterior wall surface. Building No. 3: Approximately 1,062 square feet of exterior wall surface. Total Estimated Project Area: 3,618 square feet. The School System reserves the right to adjust quantities based upon field measurements. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project including, but not limited to: A. Field verification of all dimensions. B. Furnishing and installing premium-grade vinyl siding over existing exterior surfaces. C. Installation of all required trim components including: o Starter strips J-channel Corner posts o Utility trim o Fascia and soffit trim as required Window and door trim D. Removal and disposal of debris generated by the project. E. Daily cleanup of work areas. F. Protection of adjacent structures, landscaping, utilities, sidewalks, and school property. G. Rhea County Schools is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for renovation of the stadium restroom facilities located at Rhea County High School. The project shall include demolition, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, concrete repair, fixture replacement, ADA compliance modifications, painting, and all associated work necessary to provide a complete and operational restroom renovation. All work shall comply with: Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.) Title 49 Tennessee Code Annotated Title 62 (Contractor Licensing) Tennessee State Fire Marshal's Office requirements International Building Code (IBC) International Plumbing Code (IPC) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Tennessee Accessibility Standards OSHA regulations All applicable federal, state, and local laws A. Men's Restroom Renovation (Field and Press Box) Demolition Remove and dispose of: Existing trough urinal Existing urinal plumbing as required o Existing wall-hung lavatories identified for replacement o Existing water closets identified for replacement Existing faucets and drain assemblies identified for replacement New Urinal Installation Provide and install: Eight (8) ADA-compliant wall-hung urinals o Flush valves Carriers and supports Water supply piping Drain and vent piping Contractor shall: Abandon and cap unused plumbing Install all plumbing rough-ins Provide complete fixture installation New Water Closet Provide and install: o Two (2) ADA-compliant comfort-height water closet Flush valve Grab bars as required Associated plumbing connections Contractor shall: Saw cut existing concrete floor as necessary Install new underground plumbing Restore concrete slab to match existing conditions Lavatory Improvements Provide and install: New faucets New drain assemblies Repairs necessary for proper operation Women's Restroom Renovation (Field and Press Box) Toilet Replacement Remove and replace: Existing water closets Provide and install: Seven (7) ADA-compliant comfort-height toilets Flush valves Lavatory Improvements Replace: Faucets Drain assemblies Perform all repairs necessary to ensure proper operation. Plumbing Modifications Contractor shall: Extend water supply lines as necessary Upsize piping where required Modify drainage systems to accommodate new fixtures C. Finishes Provide: Repair of all wall finishes disturbed by construction 0 Flooring repairs as required All finishes shall match existing conditions as closely as possible.
