Parking Lot Improvements at Vine Manor Each Bid when submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall not be less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non -Collusion Affidavit, and additional supplements as indicated in the Contracting Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond . The Housing Authority of the City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in the bidding . No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the Bids, without consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Hazleton.
