The opportunity is for the modernization of Vista Continuation High School and involves construction surveying as part of the project, to be funded by Measure 'E' Bond. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Provide all work specified within the specifications and drawings except for those listed as "Work by Others". 2. Provide layout and staking for off-site street improvements including but not limited to earthwork grades and subgrades, curb & gutter, drive approaches, sidewalks, and utilities. 3. Provide layout and staking for all on-site improvements including but not limited to earthwork grades and subgrades, sump, utilities, concrete improvements, asphalt improvements, building corners, grid lines, light pole foundations, fencing, baseball fields, marquee sign, outdoor learning shade canopy, bus shade canopy, bleachers, and scoreboard. 4. Provide survey of structural steel embeds in concrete pre and post pour. Provide verification of anchor bolts post concrete pour. 5. Provide surveying and staking for points of connection and layout for all utility installation including underground electrical, communications, fire water and hydrants, domestic water, storm drain, drainage devices, sanitary sewer, gas line, inverts, flow lines, site and parking lot subgrades and re-grading after utility installation, etc. 6. Locate, verify, and mark existing survey control points for use in laying out the new building, site, and off-site improvements. 7. Establish, protect, and document new control points. 8. Provide the appropriate number of site visits to accommodate construction phasing and scheduling per the CPM Schedule
