BCC Meeting for award Tuesday, September 15, 2026 Project Objectives Evaluate the feasibility of developing a new regional wastewater treatment facility in northwest Bay County. Assess current and projected wastewater flows and loading. Evaluate treatment process alternatives and regulatory requirements. Evaluate effluent disposal/reuse alternatives Identify potential facility sites and assess environmental constraints. Evaluate collection system and force main conveyance alternatives. Provide preliminary cost estimates and implementation recommendations. This scope of work outlines the tasks required to complete a comprehensive feasibility study for development of a new wastewater treatment facility to serve the northwest corner of Bay County, Florida. The study will evaluate treatment technologies, site conditions, environmental constraints, collection and conveyance considerations, and provide recommendations for facility sizing, treatment processes, and phased implementation.
