2025 Water System Improvements consisting of Construction of approximately 27,060 LF of 4 inch PVC Class 200 water line with tracer wire, installation of 8-4 gate valves, and one flush hydrant and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Schwab Eaton, 5410 Ledge Stone Drive, Suite 100, Manhattan, KS 66503. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below. Bidding Documents may also be examined at Washington County RWD No. 2, 202 5th St, Linn, KS 66953 by appointment. Please contact Ned Peters at 785-541-1009 to set up an appointment. Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for 2025 Water System Improvements and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of BIDDER, his address, his license number if applicable and the name of the project for which the BID is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to: Washington County RWD No. 2 , P.O. Box 98, KS 66953
