Replacement of a porch beam at the Broome Developmental Center facility. DESCRIPTION : Broome DDSO is seeking a vendor to remove a deck I beam and replace with new. The winning bidder will follow the scope or work below and construction assessment from Watson Engineering. A Site Visit is mandatory to bid on this project. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Contractor is responsible for removing I beam and all debris from the Property. 2. When Removing I Beam contractor is responsible for temporary shoring to support deck safely during construction. 3. Contractor to replace I beam with 1 of the 3 of the Recommendations from Watson.
