Reference number: 20157278 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-07-13 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with two documents Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 18 The purpose of this open tender procedure with a deferred price disclosure system is to invite tenders for the preparation of a risk assessment under future climate conditions (horizon 2100) relating to coastal erosion and flooding, as well as an analysis of solutions for the at-risk areas identified on the basis of their proximity to the Gulf of St Lawrence and the issues affecting the village centre on either side of the Saint-Coeur River delta. The length of the area targeted for the risk assessment and analysis of solutions is approximately 150 metres. The service provider awarded the contract must carry out the work in accordance with the specifications drawn up by the Federation quebecoise des municipalites (FQM). The Municipal Authority undertakes to accept neither the lowest tender nor any of the tenders received, and accepts no liability towards any of the Tenderers in the event that all tenders are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Authority's Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipal Authority may not be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its Council.
